To Our Parents, Families and Caregivers,

We would like to share with you our goal to better connect to our families and caregivers. There is an increased number of ways to learn and make contact with Abilities happenings, i.e., our website, Facebook, constant contact newsletters etc. Abilities would like to take our communication one step further. We would like to grow our Family Enrichment meetings, a forum to learn about each other, to share, build stronger relationships and to better understand the wants and needs for future program development, as well as continue to enhance program services and provide ongoing education for families.
WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK!
Please take a moment to complete a brief survey by March 29, 2019

Please note, you may also receive a printed paper copy of the survey. For accuracy we ask that you only complete the survey once.
Thank you!
