Mechanics of Speed 101

Tuesday - Mechanics of Speed  101 (6 athletes max)

Duration: 30-40 minutes: 
Time: 1:15 pm.
No Equipment Needed 

 MOS101 is a drill based speed program that breaks down the components of high speed running. Based on the  first  "Three Pillars" of speed: Foot strike, Posture and Coordination athletes will learn to lock in the techniques that lead to faster running speed.

Leg Blaster 101

Tuesday - Leg Blaster
Cost: $20
Duration: 30-40 minutes: 
Time: 2:15 pm.
Equipment: light - medium dumbbells optional. 

LB101 is a intense leg workout that strengthens the kinetic chain from foot to hips. It incorporates both strength and plyometric based exercises that improve explosive running speed and jumping performance.

HF101 is a foundational jump based program for any athlete where explosive jumping and landing safely is part of performing at a high level. 
Athletes will be introduced to and learn
Proper pre flight warm up
How to tune the muscles for take off
How to handle re-entry for landing properly and safely 
A proper routine for developing powerful legs

Agility Matrix 101

AM101 is a Agility Conditioning workout. It incorporates combinations of change of direction, start stop, short burst and balance exercises. It's designed for court and field athletes of any sport.
