Happy New Year !!!

To our amazing global One Health network,
partners, and sponsors.....

Please help us celebrate January as

What an unbelievable year full of unfathomable obstacles and incredible need to teach about One Health!! The power of a One Health approach for solving many of the world’s greatest challenges has never been more evident than it is right now!

Yet, unfortunately, many people around in the world are still unaware of the One Health concept and movement.

Join the One Health Commission, Louisiana One Health in Action and One Health Lessons in leading the second annual One Health Awareness Month starting on January 1, 2021.

One Health Awareness Month took place for the first time in January 2020 (just before the pandemic changed everything!). It was conceived in response to U.S. Senate Resolution 462 declaring January 2020 to be U.S. National One Health Awareness Month. (See more backgroundIn support, the One Health Commission and Louisiana One Health in Action seized the moment to create the One Health Awareness Month 2020 Social Media Campaign to urge collaborations between animal, environmental, plant and human health/public health scientists. Excitingly, the campaign was picked up and promoted by One Health advocates around the world!

Help keep the momentum going!!

Joined this year by One Health Lessons, we've decided to make every January an annual, global One Health Awareness Month.

See the updated One Health Awareness Month Guide for ways to get involved. It includes a 31-Day Social Media Challenge calendar of suggested topics that you can use each day in your local and online communities, social media and professional networks. Remember to use the hashtags #OneHealth and #OneHealthAwarenessMonth when you post!
