This edition features an article which may be of keen interest to our readers who invest in real estate equity, particularly equity in joint ventures alongside foreign investors or in expensive projects (such as buildings in New York). Authors Robert Bozarth (Fidelity National Title Group) and Stevens A. Carey (Pircher, Nichols & Meeks) propose a form equity title insurance endorsement, intended to address many of the key concerns an investor may have regarding a venture's existing title insurance coverage.
