We know many of you are facing obstacles with the recent executive orders as there has been much confusion. Although the government enforcement agencies (DLCA, VIPD and DOH) are doing their best to ensure compliance and safety with this herculean task, there have been some misunderstandings and misinterpretations. We have attached below all of the recent executive orders which may impact your business. Please have these available if a government representative comes by so you can show you are complying. Of special note, restaurants ARE allowed to serve to go alcohol (except specific alcohols on Good Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – more details below); however, it is important to note that guests cannot congregate and must adhere to six feet of social distancing while they are waiting for to go orders.
