Health Care Data 101

DASH released a new informational guide that serves as a starting point for non-health sector professionals who want to further investigate the health care data available in their local communities and consider how to best leverage it to tackle priorities identified by multi-sector partnerships.

Two New Partners Join All In

All In is delighted to welcome two new partners to the learning network - New Jersey Health Initiatives (NJHI) and the Public Health Institute's Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL)! NJHI, the statewide grantmaking program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, supports innovations and drives conversations to build healthier communities across the State of New Jersey. PHIL designs, catalyzes and accelerates innovative approaches that advance health outcomes and well-being in California. Together, the two programs are currently funding 35 local multi-sector collaborations working to improve community health.

We've Got a New Look!
