The Great Give 2018
Visit TheGreatGive.org between 8 a.m. on May 1 and 8 p.m. on May 2 and choose one or more charitable organizations and donate.  It's that simple!

REX Development participates in The Great Give to help us attract jobs and investment to the South Central Connecticut region. The region consists of the towns from Milford to Meriden to Madison. We represent the region at trade shows, communicate to a broad constituent base and provide concierge services for business recruitment, expansion and retention. REX supports programs and policies aimed at making the region more competitive in the global economy.

In addition to REX Development, there are many worthy organizations who participate in The Great Give. Please click here to see all of your giving options.

Connecticut Office of Tourism Tracker
The Connecticut Office of Tourism commissions a significant amount of research to track Connecticut tourism results and trends. Along with the data collected by the State of Connecticut Departments of Revenue Services and Labor, we are able to give you the most accurate tourism information available to make strategic marketing decisions.
The current issue of the Connecticut Tourism Tracker is linked here for your review. As you will see in the Tourism Tracker, the Connecticut Office of Tourism has been very successful with the level of funding made available by the Legislature. We are however, as is also shown in the research, seeing a concerning downward trend in our brand awareness and intent to visit Connecticut, which parallels the reduction in funding. In addition, the report highlights the flat rate of growth in travel related taxes and industry indicators.
