The Vital Few 2-Day Experiential Workshop | April 18-19

Organizations struggle to define work priorities, often undertaking improvement efforts that deliver limited impact. The Vital Few™ is a continuous improvement process that focuses on creating customer value by helping you prioritize the most important work.

Escape the tyranny of the many.
Learn how to prioritize important work for great results!

Bring a group and a problem

The day is designed for leaders and their team of 2-3 people to explore the 8 key Vital Few process components through a case study using interactive exercises and to apply it to something they want to improve. By the end of the day each team has assembled a "scorecard" tied to the 8 components and leaves with identified gaps to advance their initiative.  Download a flyer.

We're pleased to partner with Wisconsin Forward Award Mastery recipient, Western Technical College  in La Crosse and MiPro to bring this terrific learning opportunity back to Wisconsin.  Register here.
