"Walk and Listen..."
Saturday, March 30, 1:45 p.m.
Laurelwood Park
Active, intentional listening uses all the senses. It's an important step toward trying to understand where others are coming from.
During this short meditative experience, you'll walk alone in a pretty setting, while following prompts along the way that encourage you to begin examining your own listening and to explore some simple ways to begin getting on another person's "wavelength".
We will conclude with a wine and cheese potluck.
RSVP to
Felice Stahl by
March 26 so we can plan for a great event. Please let us know what you are planning on bringing for the potluck.
We need at least 12 participants for this event to be a success!
