What a wonderful ten days!
The weather cooperated, and we saw lots of you for the 2018 Vermont Shop Hop. Honestly, we were a bit concerned in the beginning, with all the snowfall leading up to Shop Hop week, but the sun came out, the roads dried, and we were thrilled to see all of you coming through the doors - we hope you had a great time, hopping across the state with your friends and families.

Congratulations go out to Cathy Carlson, winner of the Yankee Pride Shop Hop raffle prize - she's got plenty of new bright, cheery fabrics to play with!

Lone Star Workshop with Kay (April 7). She will show you the tricks for putting together this notoriously difficult project with success.
Trip Around the World with Judy (April 8). Judy has written a new pattern for this traditional quilt (at right) - easy strip piecing makes this go together like a dream! You get instructions for baby, twin, and queen size.
Wool Applique Needle Case Tea Party with Deanna (April 14). We've had dozens of customers admire Deanna's sample for this session. Join her for a fun afternoon and make one of your own!
Hand Embroidery Tea Towel Tea Party with Kathy (April 28). Handwork is very popular right now, and Kathy will guide you through making this sweet towel - for yourself, or a friend!

Fresh Cut Flowers
from Kansas Troubles

This group of fabrics fits right into the rich, traditional colors that Kansas Troubles is known for. Some new prints bring a fresh look, and have us itching to make a new project. In addition, Judy ordered charm packs, so we it can be something quick, too!

Evelyn's Homestead 1880-1900
from Betsy Chutchian
by Moda

We can always use simple, small prints when we're working with Reproduction fabrics, and these are no exception. Add them to your stash, and you'll be using them in no time!

Batiks
by Hoffman

We're rebuilding our inventory of batiks, as they've been selling like hotcakes recently! This group has some great lights, and some very useful colors. Get them while you can - those lights don't last very long!

Adele

by Windham Fabrics

This very elegant line of blues and whites will appeal to most quilters. The traditionalists love the large florals, and the modern quilters like the slate colorway. Have fun making a gorgeous new project in time for a wedding or a birthday. A bag made from this group would just be stunning!

Freya & Friends

from Janet Clare

A touch of whimsy makes this group very sweet. Baby quilts and nursery accessories, doll quilts, baby clothes, and diaper bags are just the beginning of what you can do with these pretty fabrics.
