Canaveral Locks East West Guide Wall Repair Project
Located on the Barge Canal, which links the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River in Cape Canaveral, this is a very challenging marine construction project currently in progress for the  U.S. Army Corp of Engineers
Marine construction methods involve tugboat and barge platforms that allow the RUSH project team to complete demolition and reconstruction on the water.
Did you know that RUSH has a satellite office at MacDill Air Force Base?

Due to RUSH's longstanding relationship with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and U.S. Air Force, a satellite office in Tampa perfectly compliments RUSH's various markets on the east coast of Florida.

Lebolo-RUSH Crew Members Recognized at Safety Lunch

On Friday, April 1st, RUSH held a  Safety Lunch for employees and all subcontractor employees at the company's satellite office at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. The three carpenters on the Lebolo-RUSH crew were recognized for their continuing efforts to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
"Our employees and subcontractors in Tampa have continually shown the ability to work in challenging environments while meeting or exceeding quality and safety requirements,"  says Shawn Lucas, RUSH's Director of Safety & Quality.

" I have observed each of them at various times over the last six months as they've pointed out things that could be changed or approached in a different way to make the processes safer for themselves and our subcontractors. For these efforts they each received a gift certificate as part of our 'Caught in the Act' safety incentive program."
