Few places are as special as Camp Rockbridge, where kids learn to be more independent and contribute to a group as they engage in creative, social and hands-on activities. Each special theme weeks is designed for children ages 5-12 and includes water fun, games, arts and crafts and more. Children will be grouped by grade level for summer camp activities. 

Dates: June 4 - August 3

Full Day -  7:30 am-5:30 pm l 
M:$105/NM:$130
Half Day -  7:30 am - 12:30 pm l 
M:$70/NM:$90
              12:30 pm - 5:30 pm l M:$70/NM:$90

Punch Card: $300 for 10 visits

Line Dancing

Light to Moderate Intensity Class.  Great for all levels!  Line dances  are choreographed to music and make dancing both accessible and fun for all!   Gain confidence with many of the basic steps; learn the process of linking the steps together to form the  dance ; have fun losing yourself in the music. Get IN  LINE  for this awesome class!

Greatness is teaching classes driven by results and cutting edge research. We are searching for talent to add to our Rockstar Team!
Seminar Highlights:
- BODYPUMP and BODYFLOW Master Classes*
- Why become a Group Exercise instructor?
- Why teach at the YMCA?
- What is the process to becoming a certified instructor for the Y?

*This seminar is just an introduction to Les Mills. 

Class formats and certification training will be held on the following dates:

BODYCOMBAT (May 12-13 at Rockbridge Area YMCA)
RPM (June 2-3 at Rockbridge Area YMCA)
