Seminar Highlights:

- What is the process to becoming a certified instructor for the Y?

*This seminar is just an introduction to Les Mills.

Weight Loss Boot Camp 
T & TH Apr 3 - May 10

This six week is designed to help you get back on track to reaching your fitness goals before summer. Join us for one hour of interval and circuit training. Each session will be geared towards beginner and intermediate exercisers.  Measurements and fitness testing performed at beginning and end.  Register by April 10.

2018 Junior Spring Fling

The junior spring fling is an evening of fun and dancing for teens.  Come and enjoy live DJ, food, giveaways and more!
Kid's Night Out

Aquatics 
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Ages 15+

American Red Cross lifeguard certification will include a two year certification in CPR/AED for the professional rescuer as well as a two year certification for lifeguarding.  Participants will need to pass prerequisites to take the class.  For more information contact Sam Hughes, Aquatics Director at [email protected]

Recertification
Ages 15+

The course is a competency testing of knowledge and skills, with review and practice of skills.  Participants will review CPR, First Aid, and water rescues as well as practice skills before testing.  For more information contact Sam Hughes, Aquatics Director at [email protected]
Swim Lessons
Spring 2 begins April 9
YMCA swim lessons teach safety and responsibility around the water.  Participants gain confidence and self-esteem as they work to become better, safer swimmers. 

All ages - from infants to seniors - can learn to swim. Check out our new swim classes!

*Swim Starters Aquatic Program - Parent/Child program 6 mos to 3 years old
*Swim Basics - Beginners 4 to 12 years old
*Swim Strokes - Intermediate & Advanced 4 to 12 years old
*Private and Semi Private lessons are available for all ages!

Our t-ball program focuses on developing good players and sportsmanship.  Kids have a chance to learn the fundamentals of America's favorite pastime through throwing, catching, hitting and base running.  Each Saturday session includes a team practice and game using skill stations.  Register by May 1.  For more information, contact Josh Yerkes, Youth and Family Director at [email protected].
