Horizons for Youth is committed to ensuring that each student has a post-secondary plan that supports their academic, financial, and social-emotional needs and goals. The Director of Postsecondary Programs manages key postsecondary preparation initiatives, strategies, and activities in guiding students and families through the high school and college process. The Director will also supervise and support the High School Program Manager and their programs and initiatives.
