For approximately two years, the National Labor Relations Board has lacked a full five members. Pending confirmations, a complete Board looks to be the first Republican majority board in 10 years. This seminar will review what employers, in both union and non-union settings, might expect from a Board that looks strikingly different from the last decade. It will include discussion of recordings in the workplace, company email, joint employer status, political speech, and the status quo or sea of change.
Attendance is free for HBA members and no pre-registration is required.
