Fence & Deck Connection offers solutions for enclosing all types of building maintenance and service areas.  Most commercial properties necessitate the use of enclosures for utility units or waste receptacles.  Adequate planning will preserve the life of the enclosure, decrease damage claims and increase customer satisfaction for quality construction. Maximize aesthetics and minimize cost and maintenance with a custom enclosure in cedar or premium treated pine, vinyl, composite, or simulated stone.
WOOD ENCLOSURES & SURROUNDS
Using wood is quite popular due to low cost and ease of service replacement.  This first example uses a wood lattice system and pressure treated posts to disguise a dumpster.


Below is an example of a pressure treated board on board fence and gate system that creates a cell phone tower enclosure.  Love how the cell phone tower was disguised as a tree.


Here we have a vertical board cedar gate with steel posts.  Dumpster enclosure gates demand steel gate posts sized to appropriately support the gate leaf needed for the opening.   Additionally, the gate frame should also be steel with pickets or panels attached.  This provides the gate with much greater structural integrity, ensures much longer life compared to less sturdy construction applications.



Board & batten cedar was used here to create the surround to hide the maintenance area of a high-end Inn and restaurant.



VINYL ENCLOSURES & SURROUNDS
Although they may be  initially more expensive, vinyl enclosures do not require the maintenance that come with the natural aging process of organic materials like wood.





SIMTEK SIMULATED STONE ENCLOSURES
These granite-look walls and gates are extremely durable.  They are molded of exceptionally tough polyethylene and reinforced with galvanized steel.  They are completely maintenance free and come with a Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty.

CELLULAR PVC & COMPOSITE SURROUNDS
These dumpster gates use Azek reinforced cellular PVC with black steel posts and gate framing.



Trex is often specified by architects for utility and dumpster gates specifically for the reasons of aesthetics and durability. Here we installed a Trex composite privacy fence in Winchester Grey.
