MORNING MEDITATIONS

A relaxed, friendly guided meditation group

Each Friday morning

REIKI NIGHT

A chance to experience Reiki and/or practice giving Reiki.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

with Matt Young

This course is perfect for beginners, as well as those seeking to reinvigorate an existing practice. You'll be introduced to a variety of techniques and presented with clear explanations of what meditation is and how it works.

CRYSTAL HEALING NIGHT

with Lida Van Den Berg

Join us for a crystal healing experience!

Each month you will be introduced to a crystal which is incorporated within meditation.

There will be discussions on the properties of the relevant crystal.

A participant will be chosen to receive a crystal healing layout.

1st Thursday of the month

Time: 7.30pm - 9.30pm

Investment: $20 per evening

CRYSTAL Frequencies Course

There are 3 modules in total. Modules 1 and 2 are taught over two days. There is an integration period before the student undertakes module 3.

VOICE OF LIGHT NIGHTS

We will begin with a preparation meditation followed by an interactive "Q & A" session from the audience, after which spiritual guidance and wisdom for all from Voice of Light will be presented.

Third Wednesday of the month.
