Ezra statistical reports past due

Good morning! As of right now, we have 47 churches that have not completed the 2017 year-end Ezra statistical reports. Due to time constraints, anyone who has not completed their report by next Monday (April 30) will be assessed the 10 percent penalty for not completing their reports on time. If you have questions about completing your report, please don't hesitate to call me at 217-529-2490 or email me .

Also, don't forget to "submit" once you have completed all three tables. There are a couple hanging out there that have information in all three tables that have not submitted. Thank you!

Youth, camping assessment update

Thank you to everyone who participated in a listening group or was part of a phone call as we assess the youth and camping ministries for the IGRC! Your input is vital to the process; if you have more to share, or weren’t able to connect, please reach out to Patric Newton ( pnewton@igrc.org) or Curt Franklin ( cfranklin@igrc.org) as we would love to include your thoughts!

Work has begun on the assessment report, which will detail some history of the ministries, name some current assets and challenges, make recommendations for moving forward, and include a timeline of work for the months and years to come. This report will be presented during a special luncheon at annual conference, on Thursday, June 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. If you would like to be part of this gathering, you can read more about it and register for the luncheon as part of the Annual Conference registration.

Hard copies and electronic versions of the report available throughout the conference and by all means of communication available. We would love for as many people as possible to read the report, share your reactions, and get excited about where we are, and where things are going!
