Finding yourself twiddling your thumbs now that club season is over?  Do something about it - Check out the variety of programs provided at WAVE for the rest of the summer.  Use the time wisely for yourself and improve physically and mentally!  Or take a break from indoor and enjoy the beach while still improving your skills.

Open to all incoming 3rd-12th grade Girls & incoming 3rd-9th grade Boys.

There's no need for a partner, there are multiple options for attendance, and 5 more weeks of fun left!.

Finishing Strong

The climb toward the championships of the Beach season is upon us.  Teams have been vying for the final spots and earning the final bids to represent WAVE Beach.  The action continues as well for those that might not have qualified as there are plenty of beach tournaments for all levels to continue playing and building tournament play experience.

There are a multitude of  Beach Tournaments  available.  Get out & play!

RECOVER & RELAX

This move allows your body and mind to rejuvenate after a long season of training.  It is a key exercise in developing balance and enjoyment in life.  Once recovered, allow yourself a chance relax, then tryout something new that will keep you strong, flexible, and ready for the fall.

Seasons are coming to an end, be sure to follow up with college coaches and let them know your plans for the summer.  Share camps, workouts, high school training, and individual workouts you are doing.  They want to know you are committed to the process!

Camden Gianni was named to the AVCA All-American 1st Team and was also selected to Volleyball Magazine's Fab 50.

Chaz Galloway was recognized as one of Volleyball Magazine's top 25 underclassmen to watch.
