Sponsorship authorizes The Tristate Trauma Network to include your name and logo on all the materials printed for the event consistent with your sponsorship selection below:
Keynote Speaker Sponsor - $3,500 - (only 2 available) Introduction of Speaker at Conference, Agency Material Included in Conference Bag, Logo Included in Marketing Materials and Program, Vendor Table and Signage at Conference, 2 Free Registrations.
Breakfast & Lunch Sponsorships - $2,000 - (only 3 available) Signage at Conference on Buffet Table, Verbal Recognition at Conference, Agency Material Included in Conference Bag, Logo Included in Marketing Materials and Program, Vendor Table if desired, 1 Free Registration
Gold Sponsor - $2,000 - 10 Registrations, Agency Material in Conference Bag, Logo Included in

Consumer Scholarship Sponsor - $100 - Provides a scholarship to a trauma survivor to attend

Please contact us by email if you are interested in providing “in-kind” donations of goods or services (ex. copying/printing) in lieu of a monetary sponsorship. You will be given the perk of a sponsorship at the level appropriate to the value of your donation. We appreciate any support you can provide.
NOTE: Once your payment is received, someone will e-mail you regarding the code to use for your Free Registrations and will ask you for the artwork for your logo. The benefit of confirming as a sponsor by the deadline of September 30, 2018 is guaranteed inclusion in printed materials (marketing materials, posters, etc.)
