I'm proud to introduce  you to Ryan Neuman, our new Upstream Conservation Leader and Nagiarry Porcena-Meneus, our new Philadelphia Community Organizer.  Become a Streamkeeper, lend a hand on a project, or attend an Upstream water quality monitoring training to meet Ryan. To catch up with Nagiarry, come along for our regular Tuesday morning walk in Tacony Creek Park, let her know about a relevant community meeting, or table with her at a neighborhood event.












Our AWEsome Delaware River Fellows
Geré  Johnson and Christina Maldonado are on our Philly team this summer, participating in our Tacony Creek Park community engagement, program, and improvement efforts. Last year, each Alliance for Watershed Education center hosted one Fellow; this year, the twelve week program doubled in size! Each Fellow will present their research, findings, and experiences at a Capstone Summit next month.

Connecting Creeks & Communities: Cheltenham
TTF is all about trails -- because trails are a key way to get people next to creeks so they can learn about and protect clean water. We work closely with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and The Circuit Coalition, supporting and advocating for  trail links, like the Frankford Creek Greenway. This spring, we co-hosted a community meeting in Cheltenham to discuss how to extend the awesome Tacony Creek Trail to and across this upstream community.
