|
|
Union County instructional coaches Lindsay Harrison (right) and Julie Ricketson (left) took time out of their morning on April 11th to brief the FREE Board of Directors on their matching grant project from the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations (CFEF). Union's project established professional development opportunities specific to Florida State Standards after school and on designated weekends. Participating teachers indicated that the professional development has been extremely helpful to their efforts to move all of their students forward. Union County schools rank in the top five for many components of Florida's school and district grades.
