In this webinar, participants will learn how to apply the successful strategies used during the war on soda and junk food, and apply them to increase access to healthy, plant-based foods. It will address the following learning objectives:
  1. Identify 5 common reasons why schools don't provide healthier food.
  2. Recognize the influence of Big Ag and the impact of the USDA's current commodities program on the National School Lunch Program.
  3. Identify which key players can help facilitate an increase in healthy plant-based foods at schools.
  4. Learn how to develop a sound school nutrition policy to help reduce obesity and type 2 diabetes and understand the process for passage.
Is infertility a public health problem? Examining infertility in the continuum of sexual and reproductive health and through the lens of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention

In this session, participants will understand how infertility fits into the primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention strategies. Participants will also be able to discuss evidence-based ways to address the problem of infertility and promote fertility awareness.
