UPCOMING EVENTS
A Time to Remember...

On Sunday, May 6th, during our 10:00 service, there will be a time for people to share their stories and memories of Ruth Lakso. Per Ruth's request, no formal funeral service will be held and burial will be private.

Ruth was a treasured member of our congregation for a number of years and her unending faith inspired many. Come and join us to remember Ruth and sing some of the hymns she loved so much.

The Confirmation Class will be heading to City Reach on Friday, April 27th through Saturday, April 28th. This overnight is open to youth age 15+ and adults. They are collecting travel size personal items (such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, razors, shaving cream). Any donations can be dropped off at the office during the week or put in the designated basket in the Narthex on Sunday. All donations must be received by Thursday, April 26th. Please contact Skip Aluisy for more information at [email protected].
STEPPING STONES "SAVERS" EVENT

It's a great time for Spring cleaning and de-cluttering!

Stepping Stones Preschool will be collecting  gently used clothing and household items to donate to Savers.

Pack your items in boxes or bags and bring them to the  Parish Hall Monday through Friday, April 23rd - 27th during school hours. Volunteers will then be bringing them to Savers at the end of the week.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
SEWING MINISTRY WELCOMES NEW MEMBERS

"Mercy Sews" is an outreach ministry formed at the Holy Mothers Collaborative in Hanover/Norwell to sew simple dresses and receiving blankets for children in Africa.

We have shipped more than 2,000 articles of clothing to the Central African Republic over the past two years.

We invite women of all faiths to join us as we work on our 2018 shipment.
Please join us at our "measure and cut" workshop to assemble dress kits for sewing on Wednesday, April 25 from 10 am to 1 pm at St. Mary's Parish Center on Route 139 in Hanover.

You do not need to sew to help! If you would like more information on the ministry and its mission, please email Clare Noonan at  [email protected].
