Flip Howard is the Founder and Owner of Meridian Business Centers. Flip is a born entrepreneur and Catholic leader. He started his first business the week after graduating from college and now runs a highly successful Executive Suite business. He is an expert in growing markets and businesses and helping run Catholic nonprofits through extensive board service with The Young Catholic professionals, The Pines Catholic Camp and The Highlands School. Flip is a graduate of The Highlands School and The Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Jacob Niemeier  is a professional engineer and Founder & Executive Director at Vera Aqua Vera Vita, which i nspires engineered solutions to global water issues. T he Lord has moved Jacob's heart through multiple mission trips to Jamaica, East Africa, and Peru to start Vera Aqua Vera Vita to inspire and motivate others to be a part of the life-giving and life-saving work of bringing clean water to the men and women struggling daily to survive in developing countries around the world.  Jacob believes that together we can bring True Water True Life to thousands of our less fortunate brothers and sisters around the world.
 
Jeff Schiefelbein is the Chief Culture Officer and founding partner of "5", an energy consulting business. Jeff serves on the national board of Young Catholic Professionals, is chairman of the board of In My Shoes maternity home and hosts a monthly radio show "Undivided Intention" on KATH 910 AM. He is a seasoned non-profit and for-profit start up professional with a degree in business management from Texas A &M University.
