Holy Eucharist Services: 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Dean's Forum: A Report on the General Convention - 9 a.m.
Trinity Vestry member Jane Freeman will report on the outcomes for The Episcopal Church's 79th convention, which concluded in Austin, Texas on July 13. Jane represented the Diocese of Ohio as a lay deputy at the Convention.
Tai Chi - 9 a.m.
Trinity member George Anderson will lead a Tai Chi session during the
9 a.m. education hour. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. Class will meet in the back garden after the 8 a.m. service. In the event of rain, the class will meet in the East Transept.

A Mobile Mini ® storage locker is the latest addition to Trinity's Urban Farm (East 35 Street and Cedar Avenue). The locker provides secure, on-site storage for garden tools, mowers and other hand tools. Mobile Mini Inc. made an in-kind donation of four months of rental fees in support of the Farm's good work.

Annual Youth Mission Trip
July 22 - July 29
This Sunday, 26 Diocese of Ohio youth -- 11 from Trinity -- will return from the 2018 Mission Trip. Youth are serving in a program titled "Project Help" to "Repair One Home at a Time in the Heart of Appalachia" at the
Dungannon Development Center located in Dungannon, Virginia. The Mission Trip is being led by Trinity's Children, Youth & Family Minister Kate McFadden and St. Paul's Medina Youth Minister Mary Anthony, with the support of chaperones from the other participating churches -- St. Matthew's, Brecksville; St. Timothy's, Macedonia and St. John's, Cuyahoga Falls. Marion-Sterling School Supplies Needed

Students at nearby Marion-Sterling School will return to class on August 13
.
Trinity's help has been requested by the School to equip students for the new school year.
Here are the supplies needed:

Donations may be dropped off at Trinity's Front Desk.

Checks may be submitted through Sunday's offering, left at the Front Desk or mailed. All donations -- supplies or cash -- must be received by Sunday,

Marion-Sterling School Supplies Sorters and Drivers:
Volunteers are needed to help sort the donated school supplies on Sunday, August 5 after the 10 a.m. service. The supplies will be delivered to the school on Monday, August 6 (late morning). Contact David Cratty at 216-228-5721 or

Urban Farm Gardeners:
Volunteers are needed at Trinity's Urban Farm to help with harvesting, composting, mowing, planting, trimming or weeding. Work crews meet every Saturday, 9 a.m. - Noon at the Farm (East 35 Street and Central Avenue). You need not stay the entire time.
Children/Youth Group Teachers & Assistants: Volunteers are needed to serve in Trinity's Children & Youth faith formation program this fall. The ministry rewards are tenfold in fun and fellowship with Trinity's kids and teenagers. A commitment of two Sundays a month during the
10 a.m. formation hour is requested. No experience is necessary to serve. Leader orientation and "Safeguarding God's Children" training will be provided. Contact Kate at [email protected] or 216-774-0478 to get involved.

Presiding Bishop's Letter Regarding Upcoming Surgery
Dear Friends in Christ,
A few months ago, through my annual physical, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After a variety of tests, consultations, and conversations with my wife and daughters, I decided on a surgical treatment course. On this coming Tuesday, July 31st, I will have surgery to remove the prostate gland.

General Convention of The Episcopal Church Wrap-Up
The 79th General Convention of the Episcopal Church concluded on July 13. There were many accomplishments during the Convention's nearly two weeks of sessions including: full access to trial-use marriage rites, a plan for liturgical and prayer book revision, resolutions on immigration issues, the re-election of Gay Jennings to her third and final term as president of the House of Deputies and more. Seed Saving Workshop at Bellwether Farm
Saturday, August 11, 3-6:30 p.m.
Cohosted with the Cleveland Seed Bank, the Seed Saving Workshop on August 11 will teach participants the basics of harvesting and saving different types of seed and how seed-saving benefits communities and biodiversity. After the workshop, everyone will have a chance to taste the fruits of the field at a farm-to-table dinner. The registration is $15 and availability is limited.
