Empyrean Sees Benefits of Staying in Westchase District

Continuing this year's trend of several leading companies choosing to make their headquarters in Westchase District,
Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. , recently signed a lease for 108,000 square feet at Pinnacle Westchase, 3010 Briarpark Drive. In 2017, Empyrean had signed a short-term sublease in the nine-story, Class A office building.

Our Marvelous Myrtles: Westchase District in Full Bloom

Crape myrtles are one of the most versatile landscaping plants in Texas. Drought tolerant and disease resistant, they're fast-growing, flower all summer and come in different colors.

Since 2003, Westchase District has planted nearly 1,000 Tuscarora crape myrtles along Beltway 8 and throughout the District to add splashes of color for area motorists and pedestrians to enjoy. Whether they're on private property or located in public areas maintained by Westchase District, crape myrtles are in full bloom this season!
