As a NAIFA member you have an opportunity to participate in leadership-development course offered exclusively to NAIFA members.
The NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) is a six month program which will encompass:
- The best in leadership and personal-development thinking;
- Tools to improve your practice and create a business plan;
- Increased understanding of self and improved interpersonal relationships;
- Expanded professional network;
- Continued opportunities for growth through LILI alumni programs;
- Skills graduates will use to strengthen their local association.
Sessions 1-5 will be held at the NAIFA-Texas office in Austin, Texas. The last session and commencement will be held in conjunction with the NAIFA-Texas 2019 Legislative Day & Annual Business Meeting in Austin, Texas

Dates:
Session 1: August 13, 2018
Session 2: September 10, 2018
Session 3: October 8, 2018
Session 4: November 12, 2018
Session 5: December 10, 2018
Session 6 & Commencement: TBD (possible dates could be either 1/28/19 or 2/6/19)
The tuition fee for the LILI course is $995.
Applications are due to NAIFA-Texas by June 4, 2018.
Travel reimbursements are available for those who qualify. Review the scholarship application for more information.
