Cornelius Pass Road closes July 22

Cornelius Pass Road will close July 22, between Germantown Road and U.S. 30, for a Multnomah County safety improvement project.
Commuter traffic will
detour to Old Cornelius Pass Road, Skyline Boulevard, Newberry Road and U.S. 30.
Large trucks are required to use highways.
The project includes:
- Curve realignment
- Shoulder widening and rehabilitation
- Signage and sight-distance improvements
- Vehicle pullouts
- Guardrail upgrades
Construction is expected to continue through September.

- 209th Avenue, between Rosedale Road and Carlin Boulevard, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays through July 31 for road widening by GLC South Hillsboro Development. Map

- Baseline Road, between Lisa Drive/Willow Creek and 185th Avenue, one lane closed all hours July 16-Aug. 5 for utility installation preparation. Delays up to 20 minutes. Map

- Jenkins Road, between 158th Avenue and Murray Boulevard, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. through Dec. 31, 2020 for construction. Map

- Scholls Ferry Road, between Strobel and Tile Flat roads, through fall for water line installation by Willamette Water Supply Program.

- Visitation Road, between Verboort and Osterman roads, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through July 31 for paving.

- Walker Road at 123rd Avenue, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays through July 19 for sidewalk construction and street light installation by THPRD. Map
