Irrigation & Landscape Maintenance
Water will start being released into the major canals April 1st, and should make its way into the ditches that serve the community around April 15th. Once we've received water the pump station will be scheduled for startup. We'll let the system run for a couple days pushing through debris before opening up the system to the entire community. We'll send out updates as we get closer.
Landscaping services are beginning, and services are scheduled for Tuesdays. You may view the 2019 Maintenance Schedule online. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ann Marie.
Clubhouse
We hope everyone is enjoying the clubhouse. Just to give a little update, a new coffee maker is planned to be installed in April, along with some replacement exercise equipment in the gym room. We thank everyone fir their patience as these few items get completed.
Entry Gates
We're getting closer to having operational entry gates, but are not quite there. As soon as this work is wrapped up we will send out information on how they'll work and how to get access.
Pet Etiquette
Now that we're all getting out and about in the community more, we've noticed that pets are not being cleaned up after all the time. Please be responsible pet owners and leash and pick up after your pets.
