DCON Attendees,
Before everyone arrives at DCON there are a few points I would like to address. Please read the entirety of this email and feel free to email me back with questions or concerns.
Remember to Bring Money
Make sure to remember your money so that you will be able to purchase food on your trip to and from the conference, Thursday night for dinner, & to buy some awesome Key Club merchandise!
Hotel Room Availability
This year the hotel is almost sold out on Wednesday night. So what does this mean for us? It means that hotel staff will be working quickly to clean rooms and get them ready for our attendees.
However, with such a large number of rooms to clean, we will likely not have many rooms ready before the normal room check-in at 3:00 pm
.
When waiting for your rooms, please wait in the Registration Mixer and do not wander around the hotel.

To avoid the guessing and stress with constantly checking we have set up a great system that will let you know when your rooms are ready.
Simply text “@fldcon2019” to the number 81010
and you will be linked to our personal reminder system. There is no app downloading involved! This will be a way for you to communicate with me directly with any questions or concerns.
Remind is also the ONLY way you will be notified when your school’s rooms are ready!
