Regards from Eastport, Maine, the easternmost city in the U.S. with water views to Canada. I don't usually mention when I'm working remotely, but I must say it's wonderful to be away from the traffic and crowds of Santa Cruz. Eastport population: ~1300. Average price of a house: ~$145K. No fast food restaurants and not even a traffic signal.
