So here we are, it’s officially Spring but it still feels like we are in that space between winter and spring. 

While waiting for the spring energy to burst forth we can at times need a bit of a pick me up to stoke our motivational fire. This is an excellent time to think about detoxing, especially if you feel sluggish, unmotivated, tired and /or you suffer from spring time allergies. This newsletter will offer some helpful suggestions to remedy these common concerns in hopes that spring can be a time of renewed energy & growth. With an easy to follow cleanse at this time of year you can find yourself feeling renewed after the long winter rather than a time that is filled with itchy eyes, runny noses, sneezing and generalized nervous system irritability!

If you’ve been in recently you may have tried one of my delicious daily brews. If you haven’t you should ask yourself what you’re waiting for! Recently, I blended up a concoction that was not only super yummy, it was also a perfectly gentle and naturally detoxifying blend. It was so good in fact I just had to share it the recipe with you.

Christen’s Brilliant Burdock Tea (yep it’s that good)
* 1 part Burdock
* 1 part Red Clover
* 1 part Nettles
* 3/4 part Hibiscus
* 1/2 part Rosehips

I love making essential oil roll-ons and personally have many different blends for all occasions. From just wanting to smell pretty, to helping me focus when I study or give a talk, to feeling uplifted and relaxed, to helping me breathe better. There are hundreds of combinations and no limit to what can be created!

I have small and large size roll-on applicators and a large selection of essential oils to choose from. For a small fee you can make yourself your own fabulous essential oil roll-on.
