So here we are, it’s officially Spring but it still feels like we are in that space between winter and spring.
While waiting for the spring energy to burst forth we can at times need a bit of a pick me up to stoke our motivational fire. This is an excellent time to think about detoxing, especially if you feel sluggish, unmotivated, tired and /or you suffer from spring time allergies. This newsletter will offer some helpful suggestions to remedy these common concerns in hopes that spring can be a time of renewed energy & growth.
