Pregnancy Taping: Saturday, April 27, 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Location: New Beginnings Chiropractic, 1215 Main Street, Unit A, Windsor

Taping during pregnancy can be IMMENSELY helpful. As your baby bump grows forward so does your center of gravity which puts extra pressure on your lumbar spine. Taping helps transfer some of that pressure off of your low back, relieving low back and neck pain.

Join us on Saturday, April 27th to learn all about taping for pregnancy! The workshop is designed to teach you and your partner how to tape at home! The cost is $20 per couple. The $20 provides each couple with a roll of your very own RockTape to use during the workshop and throughout your pregnancy!

Once you reserve your ticket we will be contacting you to get your color preference for your roll of tape!
