As we continue to march F orward Together, and on the heels of adopting the Comprehensive Master Plan and Protective Covenants in April, Lesley Nalley, CEO will present the Phase One Implementation Plan at next week's Board meeting, to be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Ouachita Building, Ponce de Leon Center, 1101 DeSoto Blvd. This presentation to the Board of Directors will kick off the 2019 budget process, with the next step being committee input. We invite everyone to attend committee meetings during June & July to help shape next year's budget.

T hrough the charrette process, three specific goals were identified:
  • Long term fiscal sustainability
  • Evolve experiences and housing
  • Establish and preserve the natural character of Hot Springs Village
Mrs. Nalley will lay out a balanced approach to achieving these goals that maintains current value, builds new value and addresses service gaps. Her presentation will highlight priorities for the next 3 years, while building momentum for the longer-term elements of the CMP.

A video of the presentation will be recorded, so if you can't make the meeting, watch for the video to be posted on our website and shared in this newsletter the following week.

We appreciate your continued engagement in the evolution of Hot Springs Village, and look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas as we move Forward Together.
