creating ornaments and 3D art!

munity Library
Learn how to make a corn husk doll to take home. Corn husk do
lls are made from the outer covering of an ear of corn and typically made during the fall.
Workshop instructed by the Mille Lacs Indian Museum and Trading Post.
India-
Tuesday, June 26, 1-2:30 pm - Milaca Community Library
Learn to make henna paste, draw the traditional and modern designs of henna tattoos and create a tattoo on yourself. Henna tattoos are 100 percent natural and last approximately two weeks to a month.
Japan-
Thursday, June 28, 2-4 pm - North Branch Area Library
Quilted Origami with Kathleen Sheridan. Great for beginners! Learn basic origami techniques while folding colored paper into symmetrical built block patterns. Practice creating various patterns and shapes by modifying the folds. Then, begin to arrange several origami block patterns to make a small paper quilt.
