NORTH STATE BIA POSTS MARCH SALES NUMBERS

ROSEVILLE -    The North State BIA released its March sales data, which showed the regional homebuilding industry recorded 437 sales from 138 communities reporting for the month. Sales increased from February's 376 sales while the number of communities reporting dropped from 147.

"The sales figures for March were a nice rebound from February's sales numbers and clearly interest in buying new homes during the first quarter remains strong ," said Rachel Bardis, the BIA's 2018 Chair and Principal with Bardis Homes.  "The spring buying season is clearly under way and prospective homebuyers have a wide range of homes and product types to choose from."
