SPRING NEWS
OUTDOOR LIVING
If you have been dreaming about that perfect summer patio or outdoor entertaining area, contact our office today for a consultation with one of our landscape designers and make that dream a reality! Whether you want your property to serve as a recreational escape, a haven of serenity, or a gathering place for entertaining, our goal is to create, build, and maintain a landscape to suit your individual style. We tailor our designs to fit the lifestyle of the people who live in them. While your new landscape must seamlessly compliment your home, it is also a reflection of you and your family.
MAINTENANCE CREWS IN FULL SWING!
After a long, cold, rainy and SNOWY April, spring has finally arrived and the weekly maintenance routes are now underway.

Crews are also out mulching and flower planting will begin very soon.

We are looking forward to another great season. As always, if you need anything, please let us know and we will gladly take care of it for you. If you are interested in annual flower planting this season, please call our office as soon as possible to get on the schedule!
FUN FACT
Did you know flowers did not always exist; they first appeared 140 million years ago. Before that, ferns and cone bearing trees dominated the earth.
IRRIGATION START UPS
The warm weather is on the way. Our Irrigation and Lighting teams have been out starting up irrigation systems and making any needed repairs that occurred during winter. If you have an irrigation system that you would like to have serviced by our team, please call the office today for a quote and to schedule service. (440) 834-1866.
SPRING TRAINING
At the end of March, Impullitti Landscaping hosted its annual Spring Kick Off meeting. Employees were treated to a hot breakfast and we reviewed our commitment to our Drug Free Workplace.

Sheriff Hildebrand came and gave an engaging presentation on driving safety.

The staff also had the opportunity to practice their fire extinguisher safety skills thanks to the Troy Fire Department. Hopefully, they will never need to use these skills but it certainly was important training!

During the afternoon the staff worked in teams to review truck and trailer safety, proper mowing techniques, and practice maneuverability.

Our staff field trainer also met with each group and reviewed the techniques for the signature "Impullitti Way."

The day ended by recognizing some of our employees for their dedicated years of service to the company!

The Amazing I-Team!
Congratulations to our Irrigation and Lighting Crew member McKenna Rowles. McKenna placed 3rd out of 771 competitors at the National Collegiate Landscape Competition recently held in North Carolina. Also congrats to Tri-C for finishing 4th overall in the nation! McKenna will graduate this Spring from Tri-C's Plant Science and Landscape Technology Program. So glad to have her as part of our team!
Congratulations to our recent retirees pictured left to right Alan Carley, Mary Wheeler, and Chuck Ott.

Although Landscape Designer Alan Carley retired from Full Time Employment in December, he is not one to sit still. Alan is still designing projects for clients on a part time basis with us and overseeing crews on install projects. He just gets to sneak in a little extra recreational time!

Landscape industry veteran Mary Wheeler also recently retired this winter. Mary's contributions to the safety of this industry are unparalleled. She is a true advocate for employee health and safety and we are a better company because of her efforts.

We will also miss the smiling face of mechanic Chuck Ott. Chuck took great pride in making sure that all of our small equipment was at peak performance. He always had a great story to share and was willing to help with whatever was needed.

We wish them all the best in retirement!
