Prizes!
We're excited to unveil the 2019 Give Local prize list ! There are over 60 totaling $52,000 prizes for every issue area and/or town in Connecticut Community Foundation's 21-town service area.

Please read the guidelines and prize list carefully.

  • Eligibility is determined by the issue area, geography and budget size supplied at registration.

  • Most organizations may win one of each prize type. For example, you can only win one Double Down, one Grand Prize, one Unique Donors, etc. See the "Prize Type" column.

  • Our Give Local platform identifies "unique donors" by reviewing a combination of donor name, email and mailing address. All prizes that require unique donors will be verified using two levels of review: GiveGab's prize generator and an audit by the Foundation.

  • In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen at random. All decisions are final.

  • Prize winners will be identified on the Give Local prize page.

FAQ: Why doesn't my organization appear in the search?

Perhaps you've noticed that only some organizations are popping up in the nonprofit search area . We reached out to our partners at GiveGab for an explanation! We learned that unless your organization provided full information on GiveGab's Admin Dashboard, you will not appear in the search by town or "select a cause" fields. Learn more !
