ALCOHOL TO-GO SALES REMINDER
Times are very tough for the hospitality industry, but don't make it harder on your business by getting nabbed for evading the rules. Avoid LCE citations and fines and know what you can -- and can't -- sell to go.

If you have a Restaurant (R), Eating Place (E) or Hotel (H) license malt or brewed beverages are the only licensed beverages you are allowed to sell for take-out . Liquor can only be sold for consumption on the licensed premises. [47 P.S. § 4-406(a)(1)]

If you have an Expanded Wine Permit you may also sell wine to go, up to 3 liters.
