If you have a Restaurant (R), Eating Place (E) or Hotel (H) license
malt or brewed beverages are the
only
licensed beverages you are allowed to sell for take-out

Liquor can only be sold for consumption on the licensed premises.

If you have an Expanded Wine Permit you may also sell wine to go, up to 3 liters.
