The string section of the Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph will be running from Saturday, March 30 to Friday April 5. The string section is mostly non-competitive and celebrates the hard work of Guelph's most enthusiastic and passionate young string performers. Admission is $2. Our two adjudicators this year are Irene Tandberg from London, ON and Witold Swoboda from Peterborough. Both are very fine Suzuki teachers and experienced adjudicator. We encourage everyone to attend whether they are performing or not. Support your friends by attending their performances and cheering them on.

- Performers must bring a legal copy of their music for the adjudicator - music in the public domain is acceptable as are digital downloads with proof of purchase
- Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their class
- Warm-up spaces are usually available depending on the discipline, but are first come, first served and it is advised that performers try to warm up prior to arrival
