2019 Houston Area Regional Conference
Non-Member Registration

Register and pay for all of your staff online. The registration link is at the bottom of this page. After your information has been entered, select "ADD" under Staff Members Information to enter each of your staff members who will be attending.

Member Rate is $65, and Non-Member Rate is $85.  Registrations received after Monday, September 16, will incur a $25/per person late fee.

Have a credit card ready. Payment for your conference registration can be made by credit card (through Pay Pal) or check after completing this form for all attendees.  If paying by check, please note you need to mail your check to the Austin, TX, address provided.  Your registration will be considered pending until your check has been received.

Not a 2019 member of TBCWEA? You can CLICK HERE to pay annual membership fees and take advantage of Member Rates for you and your staff. Membership is available for the calendar year.

 Lunch is included with registration, however accommodations cannot be made for special diets.  Also note that children, including nursing infants, are not allowed at TBCWE events.

Reminder: TBCWE does not issue refunds for registration fees, but do allow paid registrations to be transferred to other staff members.
