On The Verge Of A Major Turning Point
This morning I had the pleasure of being buried in a mountain of paperwork-- the penalty for trying to do basically anything in the financial system these days.
It seems that everything, from sending a wire transfer to establishing a new account, comes with endless bureaucratic hoops to jump through as you’re forced to convince these people that you’re not a criminal money laundering terrorist.
In my case I was opening a new brokerage account. And as I went through the process, the questionnaire asked me about my risk tolerance.

Just Solve The Problem!

While the contractors were working to replace the siding on our new home last summer, they discovered a termite infestation outside the bathroom.
Further investigation revealed that the floor under the tub was not only wet and damp, but had actually completely rotted. So, we hired somebody to repair the damage. On the first day he was here, I went into the bathroom barefoot. Oops. I stepped on a shard of glass tile. That splinter was stuck in my foot for weeks.
At first, it didn’t really affect normal activity. If I wore sneakers and socks, I barely felt it. But if I wore sandals, I got a sharp stabbing pain in the side of my left foot. If I tried to run, the same thing happened. And forget about going to the gym!

Don961: Including Abadi .. Meet the 100 most influential figures in the world
The Time magazine, the US magazine, announced its annual list of the 100 most influential figures in the world, including Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi.
As usual, varied spheres of influence and influence of the famous list of people, including politicians, artists and entrepreneurs of different nationalities, according to "Euro News".
Saudi Crown Prince Prince Mohammed bin Salman was also chosen to be included in the list, which included US President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macaron, as well as Chinese President Xi Jinping.
One of the most prominent stars this year is Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, who won this year's Oscar for "The Chip of Water" and American singer Jennifer Lopez.
The criteria for selecting the list's personalities do not depend on the size of the wealth or influence enjoyed by world figures, but focus on the most influential figures on the lives of large numbers of people around the world, the magazine said. Finished (1)
