The latest market reports for February Real Estate activity in the Naples area show home buyers saw a significant increase in the number of properties to consider when making a purchasing decision. Overall, inventory increased 7% to 7,442 homes in February 2019 compared to 6,912 in February 2018. So if you are considering buying a home in the Naples area, now is a great time to find a good deal.
