2018 Cinderella's Closet Boutique Successful
Thank you to everyone who attended Fairy Goodmother's 2018 Cinderella's Closet Boutique. A special thanks goes out to our generous hosts at Quantum Health, where this year's boutique was held, and to all of our tireless volunteers - THANK YOU!
I
t is because of your efforts that over 830
deserving central Ohio girls were able to shop at Cinderella's Closet Boutique this year.
Over 80 percent of those attending not only went home with gown, they also left with accessories including jewelry and purses, and over 45 percent were able to find shoes as well.
We look forward to the 2019 boutique and hope to see everyone there once again.

Thank You Quantum Health
This year Cinderella's Closet Boutique was held for the first time at Quantum Health in Columbus, OH. Fairy Goodmothers would like to thank everyone at Quantum Health who contributed to the success of the boutique by providing us with the beautiful space we needed, volunteering at the event, and letting the girls know about employment opportunities within their organization.

2018 Scholarship Winners Announced
This year, Fairy Goodmothers put out the call to high school girls who plan to attend a post-secondary institution in the summer or fall, and obtained their prom dresses from Cinderella's Closet Boutique this spring, to apply for one of two $500 scholarship awards.
The scholarships were awarded based on grade point average, community service, and the submission of an essay, among other requirements. We are proud to announce that the winners are Morgan McDonald (l) and
Melissa Edwards (r). Thank you Melissa and Morgan for sharing these pictures of yourselves in your 2018 Fairy Goodmothers prom gowns. Congratulations!
Mom Prom Helps Support Fairy Goodmothers with Donation
Recently, the Upper Arlington Mom Prom raised over $800 for Fairy Goodmothers. Thank you to Georgia Kaltenbach who helped organize the event and to Catherine Kirk, who made an additional $500 donation.
Fairy Goodmothers uses donations such as these to offset the cost of purchasing new gowns in hard-to-find sizes for our boutique, and the planning, organizing and conducting of Cinderella's Closet Boutique itself each prom season. Thank you again to the UA Mom Prom, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
