Here we are, feeling like the first day of school was just yesterday, and suddenly, it's November! This is a magical time of year, where at school we talk about gratitude, giving back, traditions that are filled with light, and the importance of family and friends. It is so warm and lovely!

Speaking of lovely, so many thanks to all of Goshen's parents for the Post-Halloween Breakfast for teachers and staff, which we all enjoyed this morning in the Grange. The food was delicious, and the room was very festive! We appreciate the opportunity to sit down and celebrate with each other. See all the pictures on Facebook by clicking here. This coming Sunday, November 10, West Chester Meeting invites families and staff from Goshen Friends School to attend a special semi-programmed worship at their Meetinghouse at 425 N. High Street in West Chester borough. Worship will begin at 10:30 am, and will include songs with Tr. Jeff Domenick from West Chester Friends School, a story and waiting worship. Meeting will be followed by fellowship. If you've never attended a Quaker Meeting before, this will be a lovely way for you and your children to experience it. Also this month, we will be collecting donations of hearty comfort foods and nutritious fruits for the West Chester Food Bank.
