Chair Yoga


Chair Yoga is taking a break and will not be meeting on Fridays until later in the summer.




Pentecost Sunday and Picnic is May 20!

Please plan to attend! Buy your tickets early! Bring friends along to share in the fun!



Tickets will be on sale in the Narthex after both services this Sunday.
 
What you need to know:
- Tickets are $10 per person or $30 per family - please buy in advance!
- Hogie sandwiches (veggie and GF options avail), chips  and drinks will be provided.
- Please bring a side dish to share.
- We will have games and fun for all ages!
- Friends and family are welcome!

This year the picnic will be an old-fashioned style picnic on the lawn, and hosted by the J2A Youth Class (8th and 9th graders) as a fundraiser to raise money for their upcoming pilgrimage to Iceland. Please support the kids and spend a fun filled afternoon with your favorite church people!

Recognizing Abuse and Exploitation in Elder and Vulnerable Adult Settings

This course teaches you how to recognize and prevent mistreatment of elderly people. You will learn about the types of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, including how they occur and how to report them. You will also learn tips for providing quality care to the elderly while protecting yourself from false allegations of abuse.
