Board of Director Ballot Information
Board of Director Election Ballots were mailed to eligible members on October 30, 2020. If you did not receive your ballot by November 6, 2020, you may request a replacement ballot package by emailing info@csaseapines.com and include your full name and Sea Pines property address.

Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects
⚠️ Night Work To Occur Next Week From Greenwood Drive Gate to Sea Pines Circle
  • Roadway repairs from the Greenwood Drive Gate to Sea Pines Circle will take place Tuesday, November 10-Thursday, November 12 between the hours of 6:30 PM - 12:00 AM, weather permitting
  • Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single-lane closures in the designated work zone
  • Motorists should expect minor traffic delays in the project area and are asked to please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices
Leisure Trail on Greenwood Drive in front of Lawton Stables Temporarily Closed for Repairs
  • Beginning early Friday, November 11th the Greenwood Drive leisure trail (from Plantation Drive to the Service Road in front of Lawton Stables) will be closed to pedestrian and bike access.
  • The expected completed timeframe for this portion of the leisure trail is 7-10 days, weather permitting.

Bi-Annual Flower Bed Rotation
The biannual flower change out of Sea Pines CSA maintained landscape beds will begin the week of November 9th, weather permitting.

  • Flowers that have been removed from the beds will be available first come, first serve to Sea Pines Property Owners. Flowers will be placed at Trolley Lot #1 located off of Greenwood Drive and can be picked up at any time the week of November 9th. Landscaper and bulk pick-up of the flowers is not permitted. 
North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project
Sea Pines CSA has identified approximately 1.3 miles of North Sea Pines Drive from the Sea Pines Ocean Gate to the Lighthouse Road intersection to undergo extensive storm water drainage repairs and road resurfacing in 2020 and 2021. Click here to read the project announcement.

Sea Pines CSA Committee Member Applications Reminder
Are you a Sea Pines property owner interested in becoming more involved in the community? If so, we encourage you to apply for membership in a Sea Pines CSA Committees.

A Reminder From The Land Use Management Department

HVAC units, propane tanks, pool pump equipment and other similar storage receptacles must be screened from view with a small service yard. Plans for such service yard must be approved by the Sea Pines ARB prior to construction.
