March 2019
Dear Mount Pleasant residents and business owners,

Spring has arrived in Mount Pleasant! Get outside to enjoy the wonderful weather and exciting events we have planned. In April we celebrate our local seafood industry with our annual Blessing of the Fleet and Seafood Festival at Memorial Waterfront Park. We also welcome the Easter Bunny at two Easter Egg hunts around town. And finally, we will be supporting our natural environment by the official launch of our Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Products Ordinance, which goes into effect this month. Keep reading below to learn more about each of these events and more.

There are several other upcoming meetings and events scheduled for the next month, so I invite you to sign up to our Notify Me module and stay updated on the latest Town news, projects, and events. The Street Sign Replacement Program will include all street signs within the Town, with the exclusion of private roads and sideways. Existing signs will be removed if they are considered redundant or do not meet standards. Additional signs may be added where deemed applicable.
