The Committee is currently looking through the responses from the membership survey and is also reviewing the aircraft dismantling regulation of the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

AFRA BMP Development Committee
The Board of Directors approved the BMP 4.0 program revision at the AFRA Annual Meeting. A formal message of the aforementioned will be shared in the coming days. If you'd like to get involved in the Committee and be added to the participant list, please contact staff.
AFRA Communications Committee

The R&D Committee held an in-person meeting during the AFRA Annual Meeting on June 24 to review the status of Committee activities. Committee members will be reviewing updated proposals from the AFRA Research Network organizations and will be narrowing down the potential research topics to focus primarily on creating a recycling metric for aircraft EOL, and on researching aircraft EOL materials not currently considered recyclable. AFRA members interested in participating in the monthly Committee calls, please email AFRA staff.
